Never Enough by Lauren Dane

9 Sept 11

I finished Never Enough by Lauren Dane & gave it 4 stars. Awesome read, excellent characters! I really enjoy the Brown series by Lauren Dane.  Each story is an emotional roller-coaster and eachg one keeps you coming back and wanting more! Love, deceit, fame and trust ... noting is as easy at it seems.  Adrian is rich, famous and only trust two other people in his life, his brother and his sister. Each of whom has had their own traumas and trust issues to deal with.  Heartbreak, tension and fear run their course in this story of a man wanting love & family but doubting he'll ever find it in his lifetime.  Then along comes Miles, a son he never knew he had and a woman he never thought he'd meet.  One who sets his desires thrumming and his heart freezing in fear that its all a hoax.  Gillian never knew who Miles father was.  Her sister never told her when she put Miles in her arms and gave him over to Gillian's care.  Then her sister was dying and she reveled the name that threatened to turn Gillian's world upside down.  She can't not tell him he has a son but she's terrified that she'll lose Miles to a man who never even knew he existed until now.  Miles is everything to Gillian. She's built her life around him. How can she take a chance of losing him to a stranger?
This is a fantastic story. Thought provoking and intense. An emotional ride that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
